Chiblu is a marketplace platform connecting Indian creators, makers, and independent sellers with buyers. We provide the technology infrastructure - all products are sold and fulfilled by independent Sellers. Chiblu does not own or hold any inventory.
Three types: (1) Regular Products - ready-to-ship items, (2) Made to Order Products - manufactured after you order (max 30 days), and (3) Customizable Products - personalised to your specifications (max 45 days).
A fee charged per Order covering secure payment handling and dispute review services. The fee (plus 18% GST) is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Provide your legal name, business address, contact details, bank account, PAN (if applicable), and GSTIN (if applicable). Complete KYC verification and Razorpay payment onboarding to start selling.
Starter plan is free with up to 3 active products. Creator plan at ₹149/month gives you 25 products. Business Pro at ₹499/month gives unlimited products. All paid plans include 18% GST.
Regular Products: within your stated processing time (max 7 days recommended). Made to Order: max 30 days. Customizable: max 45 days. Exceeding these timelines entitles Buyers to automatic refund.
Sellers are strongly recommended to record a minimum 1-minute uncut video for every order showing: the product before packing, packing process, and sealed package with shipping label visible. This video serves as your primary evidence in disputes. Missing video evidence may result in rulings against you.
TCS at 1% (under GST law) and TDS at 1% (under Income Tax law). If you haven't provided PAN, TDS is 5%. Individual/HUF Sellers with annual sales under ₹5 lakh and valid PAN are exempt from TDS. You'll receive certificates to claim credit in your tax returns.
Within 7 days from confirmed delivery. If a dispute is raised, payout is held until resolution (max 30 days). We may also retain up to 10% reserve for 90 days to cover potential chargebacks.
No. Use Buyer data only to fulfil their specific Order. Storing, marketing, off-platform contact, or sharing Buyer data is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.
Regular Products: depends on Seller's policy. Made to Order/Customizable: only before Seller accepts (within 24 hours). Once accepted, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
For Made to Order and Customizable products, the Order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund including Platform Fee.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to record a minimum 1-minute uncut video showing the sealed package, opening process, and product condition at delivery. This is your primary evidence in any dispute. The absence of video evidence may affect the outcome of the dispute.
Non-delivery, incorrect product (materially different from listing), or product damaged during transit. NOT covered: change of mind, minor handmade variations, or delays due to your incorrect address.
The Platform Fee is non-refundable except when: (a) a verified platform error occurs, (b) Seller cancels the order, (c) Seller is at fault (defective, incorrect, or non-delivered product), (d) Seller doesn't accept a Made to Order/Customizable order within 24 hours, or (e) Seller exceeds the maximum production timeline. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are preserved. You can file complaints with Consumer Forum at your residence or escalate to National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
Through Razorpay, an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator. Chiblu never stores your card numbers, bank details, or UPI PINs. All data is encrypted and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods supported by Razorpay as shown at checkout.
Funds are held in Razorpay's RBI-compliant escrow account until delivery is confirmed. Seller receives payment only after fulfilment conditions are met.
No. Product price, Platform Fee, GST, and delivery charges are all displayed at checkout. No additional charges after Order confirmation.
Sellers arrange delivery directly or through logistics partners. Chiblu provides the platform only - delivery timelines and packaging are the Seller's responsibility.
When you confirm on the Platform, or automatically 10 days after shipment if you take no action, or after platform review.
You're responsible for accurate delivery details. Chiblu is not liable for failures due to incorrect address, and dispute review doesn't cover such delays.
Each Seller sets their own policy - displayed on their store/listing. Many Sellers have no-return policies. Review carefully before ordering. Made to Order and Customizable products are never returnable once accepted.
Submit through the Platform or email support@chiblu.com with Order ID, reason, and your unboxing video evidence. We review within 24 hours.
Both parties must submit minimum 1-minute uncut videos. Buyer: sealed package → opening → product condition. Seller: product → packing → sealed package with label. No editing allowed. Missing evidence may result in ruling against that party.
After approval: 5–7 business days for buyer cancellations, seller cancellations, auto-cancellations, and platform errors. 7–10 business days for seller fault cases (defective, incorrect, or non-delivered products) and production timeline exceeded. Actual credit time depends on your bank.
Chiblu may, at its sole discretion, facilitate communication between Buyer and Seller to encourage a resolution consistent with applicable consumer protection law. This does not guarantee intervention or override of the Seller's stated policy in every case.
Anyone 18 years or older who can enter into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
Yes, for Terms violations, fraud, repeated complaints, KYC non-compliance, or misusing Buyer data. We may also report suspicious activity to law enforcement.
Sellers: email support@chiblu.com with at least 15 days’ notice. Pending orders will be fulfilled or cancelled, and outstanding payouts settled within 30 days (minus any reserves or deductions). Buyers: you may terminate your account at any time by writing to support@chiblu.com. Any pending orders will be completed or cancelled before closure.
