What you'll learn
Go to your Dashboard
After logging in to your seller account, you'll land on your Dashboard. This is your home base for managing everything.

Upload Product Images
Great photos are the most important part of your listing. Upload up to 5 images per product.
Image guidelines:
- Use natural lighting — avoid harsh flash
- Show the product from multiple angles
- Include a photo showing scale (next to a common object)
- Keep backgrounds clean and simple
- Maximum file size: 5MB per image (JPEG, PNG, or WebP)

Fill in Product Details
Add the essential information about your product.
Product Name
Be descriptive and specific. Include what it is, material, and any unique detail.
Description
Tell the story of your product. Include materials used, dimensions, care instructions, and what makes it special.
Category
Choose the category that best fits your product. This helps buyers find you when browsing or searching.
Basic Information

Choose Your Product Type
Every product on Chiblu falls into one of three types. Choose the one that best describes how your product works:
Regular
Ready to ship inventory
Made to Order
Created after purchase
Customizable
Customer can personalize
Regular
You already have the product ready and in stock. When a buyer orders, you pack and ship it.
Made to Order
You create the product after a buyer places an order. This is common for handmade items, art, and crafts.
Lead Time Required
You'll need to specify how many days it takes to create and ship the product (e.g., 7 days). Buyers see this before ordering so they know what to expect.
Customizable
The buyer can personalize the product — like adding their name, choosing colors, or uploading a photo. You create customization fields that the buyer fills in during checkout.

Add Stock & Inventory
Enter how many units you have available. When stock reaches zero, the product automatically shows as "Out of Stock" to buyers.
Important
Add Variants (Optional)
If your product comes in different sizes, colors, or styles — you can add variants. Each variant can have its own price adjustment and stock.

Publish Your Product
Once everything looks good, hit "Save Product". Your product will be immediately visible on your store page for buyers to discover.
Your product is live!
Buyers can now find it on your store and through search.
